French 2 Train Mantel Movement.
This clock was brought to me in a none working condition. It had various problems, the strike partially worked but the movement didn't run.
I have put together a slide show (below) of photographs below which hopefully shows a summary of the work performed on the clock. This slide show doesn't go into details on tasks such as re-bushing of holes, pegging out, re-oiling or greasing of the movement but hopefully gives you an idea of what your clock will go through prior to being returned. Watch hadn't been worn for a number of years, this can cause more problems than wearing and using it.
Basically required a number of new parts:- New mainspring New winding stem New clam pinion/wheel Seiko 5 automatic
