A watch service is something that no one likes paying for. Generally most customers don't really know the details of what it can involve and what a qualified horologist does during a service. It must also be noted that during a service some parts may need replacing, they maybe damaged or worn.
Watch Repairs
Repairs can vary from simple repairs, through to complicated repairs on obsolete watch movements.
Simple Repairs can include:-
Water pressure testing, replacing seals and re-greasing where necessary
